Operational Support
The prioritisation of work and tasks for the Development Centre is coordinated by a uniformed Operational Support Cell (OSC).
The OSC consists of the O5 Development Centre Director and two O4 Operational Support Managers.
The OSC works with and on behalf of endusers to ensure ISRI meets the organisation's capability requirements, remains relevant and is responsive to the ISR Community’s evolving needs.
Development & Integration
Continually evolve and enhance ISRI's functionality based on user feedback.
Data Analytics
Provide users with improved insight, foresight and bespoke analytics support.
Application Support
Maintain availability and performance of ISRI through 24/7 Level 2/3 IT service management support.
Training Support
Deliver Wagardi training to users and continally improve training materials.
Information Management
Manage information records used by ISRI and their disposal.
Service Operations
Management and improvement of Wagardi's support services.
